Refund & Return Policy

Most of my pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order designs created especially for you. Because of this, they are not standard mass-produced items and follow a different return logic than regular retail products.

1. Made-to-order & handcrafted items (no standard returns)

All Lisa Majun jewelry, bodychains, harnesses and wearable art pieces are handmade to order or customized for each client.
For this reason, they are excluded from regular returns and refunds once the order has been placed and production has started.

  • No refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer, or not liking the style in person.

  • Please check sizing, colors and custom wishes carefully before ordering, or contact me via chat or email if you are unsure.

Of course, your statutory rights regarding defective products remain unaffected.

2. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact me immediately if:

  • the item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

In these cases I will:

  • evaluate the issue, and

  • offer an appropriate solution such as repair, replacement, partial refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

To start a claim, please email: hello@lisamajun.com with:

  • your order number,

  • clear photos of the item and the issue,

  • and a short description of what happened.

Items sent back to me without prior contact will not be accepted.


3. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because my work is artistic and custom-oriented, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in case of damage or production error:

  • all handmade, made-to-order jewelry and bodychains,

  • customized or personalized orders,

  • items that were worn, used, altered or washed by the customer,

  • sale items and gift cards.

If you're unsure whether your item falls into this category, please email me before purchasing.


4. Adjustments & small changes

If your piece does not fit perfectly, I am happy to discuss possible adjustments (for example, adding extension chain, small adaptations).
Adjustment work and additional shipping may incur extra costs, which will be discussed with you in advance.


5. European Union – 14 day cooling-off period

For customers in the European Union, there is generally a legal 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • custom-made, made-to-order or clearly personalized items,

  • items created specifically according to your color, size, or design wishes.

For any non-custom, ready-made items (if offered in the future):

  • you may cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it,

  • the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging,

  • you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

6. Refunds (for approved cases only)

Once I have received and inspected an approved return (eg confirmed defect, wrong item sent), I will let you know whether a refund or alternative solution has been approved.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
