Important note regarding handmade products
Most of my jewelry pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind items or custom-made especially for you. Therefore, they are not considered standard merchandise and are subject to special return policies.
1. Custom-made & handcrafted items (no right of withdrawal)
All Lisa Majun jewelry, body chains, harnesses and wearable artworks are handmade or custom-made according to customer specifications.
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is NO statutory right of withdrawal for these products once production has begun.
The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

No refunds in case of change of mind, incorrect size specification by the customer, or personal dissatisfaction.

Please carefully check sizes, colors, and individual requests before ordering, or contact me via chat or email if you have any questions.
Your statutory rights in the case of defective products remain unaffected.

2. Defects and complaints
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact me promptly if:

the item is defective or damaged, or

You received the wrong item
In these cases, I offer the following solutions:

Appropriate solution such as repair, replacement, partial refund or credit note, depending on the situation

Important: Items returned without prior contact cannot be accepted.
3. Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Since my work is artistic and individual, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable (except in case of damage or production error):

All handmade, custom-made jewelry and body chains

Individualized or personalized orders

Items that have been worn, used, altered, or washed by the customer

Sale items and gift cards

4. Adjustments & minor changes
If your piece of jewelry doesn't fit perfectly, I'd be happy to discuss possible adjustments (e.g. adding an extension chain, minor alterations).
Customization work and additional shipping may incur extra costs, which will be discussed with you in advance.
5. Right of withdrawal for EU customers (14-day cooling-off period)
Customers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
This right does NOT apply to:

Custom-made, made-to-order or clearly personalized items

Items that have been specially created according to your color, size, or design preferences.
The following applies to non-custom-made, stock-available standard items (if offered in the future):

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellation policy for standard items:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

6. Refunds (only for approved cases)
Once I have received and verified an approved return (e.g., confirmed defect, incorrect item), I will inform you whether a refund or alternative solution has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process the refund.
