Yes, we ship internationally to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Once you place an order, our team will process it within 1-2 business days . Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Products that are not in stock may take 1-2 weeks to arrive, as they are made to order.

Most of my jewelry pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind items or custom-made especially for you. Therefore, they are not considered standard merchandise and are subject to special return policies.
1. Custom-made & handcrafted items (no right of withdrawal)
All Lisa Majun jewelry, body chains, harnesses and wearable artworks are handmade or custom-made according to customer specifications.
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is NO statutory right of withdrawal for these products once production has begun.
The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

No refunds in case of change of mind, incorrect size specification by the customer, or personal dissatisfaction.

Customers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
